Event Description

Robin will address the most frequently asked questions about ClickOnce, and how to get around some of the limiting factors. She will talk about how to deploy add-ins for your application as well as extra data files, how to deploy and update a database, the "expiring certificate" problem, and the bug she recently found in VSTO ClickOnce Deployment. Feel free to bring any questions or problems you have encountered.

Presenter's Bio


Robin Shahan

Robin Shahan has over 20 years of experience developing complex, business-critical applications. She is currently the Director of Engineering for GoldMail, a small company based in San Francisco whose product provides voice-over-visual messaging. Robin is a moderator in the MSDN Forum for ClickOnce and Setup & Deployment projects, and vows to learn Windows Installer some day.

She is also an MVP, Client App Dev.
