The Bay.NET Users Group is committed to the privacy of its members and collects information on members for the sole purpose of identifying events, information, and volunteer opportunities that match a member's skills and interests. The Bay.NET Users Group does not release member information to any external organization and provides access to member information only to Bay.NET Users Group Organization staff.

The Bay.NET Users Group collects no other information on a member beyond the information that a member provides on the Member Registration Form.

The information in the "Demographics" area of the registration form may be given to our sponsor organizations in aggregated summaries.  No specific member information will be given to our sponsors.
